Yes, I am inspired by Eugene Debs. Here are a few quotes from him:

For myself, I want no advantage over my fellow man, and if he is weaker than I, all the more is it my duty to help him.

I have no country to fight for; my country is the earth, and I am a citizen of the world.

The man who seeks to arouse prejudice among workingmen is not their friend.

There has never been a free people, a civilized nation, a real republic on this earth.

I am not a Labor Leader; I do not want you to follow me or anyone else; if you are looking for a Moses to lead you out of this capitalist wilderness, you will stay right where you are. I would not lead you into the promised land if I could, because if I led you in, some one else would lead you out. You must use your heads as well as your hands, and get yourself out of your present condition; as it is now the capitalists use your heads and your hands.

Those who produce should have, but we know that those who produce the most — that is, those who work hardest, and at the most difficult and most menial tasks, have the least.

The Republican and Democratic parties are alike capitalist parties — differing only in being committed to different sets of capitalist interests…

The Republican and Democratic parties, or, to be more exact, the Republican-Democratic party, represent the capitalist class in the class struggle. They are the political wings of the capitalist system and such differences as arise between them relate to spoils and not to principles.

Boycott the Bombs

I wrote this song and produced this video when Dubbya was President, if anything has changed, things are now worse with Don the Con and his loyal Trumpanzees at the helm. So the message of this video is as important to the people of the USA and the world as much as ever. Sorry the graphics are disturbing, almost as much as the fact that this video illustrates how many of the most wealthy people in the US rake in their money. The fact that nobody challenges these people so obviously guilty of crimes against humanity, let alone arrest them, is what is really disturbing, shame.

Organizing Can Be Fun!

I believe in the will and morality of the majority within a true constitutional democracy. I believe we need a form of national organization as Dennis is talking about here in a scene from, “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. Instead of Kings, the modern day lords and masters are owners of the Central Banks of the world including the Federal Reserve. As I see it we need a national bank where every citizen owns one share and nobody can own more than one share.  Face it the greediest and most ruthless straight up bold face liars are the true entitlement class; they have done a disastrous despicable criminal job of ruling the people of Earth instead of leading humanity toward the health, well being and longevity of life on our beautiful planet.

Donald Trump, Case for Impeachment

Sign Mandate to demand Trump Resign

We the signers of this Declaration demand that Mr. Donald Trump and his Cabinet resign now or be physically removed from office as soon as we demonstrate a majority mandate, of 69,283,616 or 110% of the 62,985,106 votes cast for Mr. Trump.

The Authority upon which we make this demand is derived from the spirit of the United States Declaration of Independence signed July 4, 1776 and the clause, “or by Conventions in three fourths thereof,” within Article 5 of the US Constitution; and also the authority of United Nations Charter concerning self determination under Chapter 1, Article 1, Cause 2; a Charter which the current United States Government signed on to; therefore the law of the land under Article 6, Section 2. Article 6 section 2 “…and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land;”, until Congress changes the law, the law applies to Mr. Trump and he is obviously flaunting the law.

Here is a short list of grievances (crimes) expressing why we believe Mr. Trump must step down or be forcibly removed from the presidency by simple majority mandate of the people:

  1. His statements about his willingness to use nuclear weapons even in places like Europe is verbal aggression and wars of aggression are against international treaties the US has signed.1
  2. His Refugee immigration policies and executive orders he signed which violate the US Constitution and Treaties, Refugee Protocol of 1967 and considering that the US 2003 invasion of Iraq was illegal2
  3. His statements concerning Torture of Prisoners made as a person who successfully entered the office the US Presidency is a viable threat and a violation of the Geneva Convention and the 1984 Convention Against Torture.3
  4. His use of the presidency as his private business in blatant over the top violation of the emoluments clause, his list of conflicts of interest is over the top, yet the Republicans will not impeach him because they ride the Wall Street Bull.4
  1. Repealing and replacing Affordable Care Act as a Presidential and Republican Party goal to change US health care into a disastrous sickness and death for profit insurance health care instead of going forward to nationalized universal Medicaid Medicare for all health care. Trumps plan will allow greater corporate profit taking. Medical care is a basic minimum level of decency regardless of cost. To be economically productive and profitable workers need to be healthy. We need to go in the opposite direction than Trump taking us on health care.5
  2. Republican and even a lot of Democrat favoritism of corporate Wall Street investment against workers against unions exporting of jobs to ever increase returns of stock market investment is ongoing economic warfare, none of Donald Trump’s stated policy and executive actions are predicted to help better the quality of life of workers. Many economists question Trump’s economic plans and think they will do more harm than good.6
  3. Deregulating banks could cause a worse depression than the 2007 depression and even worse than the 1930s depression while millionaires and billionaires rake in even higher profits.7
  1. Having his daughter and son in law doing diplomatic work is a violation of, 5 U.S. Code § 3110 – Employment of relatives; restrictions. 8
  1. While the EPA was started by an executive order of President Nixon in 1970, it’s authority is derived from congressional Acts, such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and many more, therefore it would take Congressional action to dismantle those Acts of Congress that give the EPA it’s authority So President Trump unilaterally dismantling and gutting the EPA by executive order is a violation of the Constitution and no doubt the law. 9

We have been here before policies like this administration can only lead to increased level of war ad warfare. Increasing levels of poverty. Following archaic economic theories that are increasingly disastrous to a great number of Americans lowering our standard of living when the top of the heap of the investor owner class are worth 10s of thousands of times more than the average worker, how narcissistic and psychopath do they have to be before you placeholders you of the controlled opposition organize and rise up? Yet, there is no remedy within the US Constitution to remove a president or any person from public office by popular demand. Petitioning this Corporate party of democratic and republican divisions of the corporate party will do no good, demonstrating and protesting, acts of resistance will not be effective. Any body that advocates for such actions not accompanied by gathering signatures to organize and obtain an amount of signatures to declare a majority mandate to remove Trump and his entire Cabinet from office, is nothing but “controlled resistance”, standing in the way of important, much needed change

Therefore, beside the Removal of President Donald Trump and his Cabinet from office, we demand that the constitution be revised, while retaining the bill of rights, to the extent that it will be a new constitution which will include national citizen referendum processes and other modifications to allow people to take an active meaningful part in their government by overseeing the law and appropriation of public funds they are to live under and within.

Uncle Sam’s Rap Sheet

The definition of ‘rap sheet’: Slang. a record kept by law-enforcement authorities of a person’s arrests and convictions.   Most of the facts of the US Government’s 238 year crime spree are in plain sight, yet propaganda, indoctrination, religious and public education programming makes facts disappear under an on going assault against critical thinking, reasoning and skepticism against elite criminal rule.  If you look further into the past of what is considered civilized society, we find torture, lynching, burning at the stake, and every hideous possible means of silencing decent against the powers that be.  Directly below is an important video explaining how people are trained to submit to the reign of terror:

The following is something I will update and hopefully WE will perfect it. I call it “Uncle Sam’s Rap Sheet” because it expresses historically the truthfully criminal nature of the US Government as the elitist’s weapon of war against the populous enslaving the masses to their infinite greed and lust for power.  Once the majority realize these facts, we have no choice but to demand that a new legitimate government be formed or else it is we that will be held responsible for the crimes perpetrated in our names. So here is my case against them so far:

Call to the People of the West: Help Make Donald Trump The Last President of the United States of America

Declaration of Interdependence (short title version)

Sign Mandate to demand Trump Resign

Our rights and duties to organize in such a fashion to establish a majority mandate, to demand the dismantling of an old government and the establishment of a new form of human organization, are derived from, authorized by and in accordance with the Preamble of the US Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776 and by this statement, “or by Conventions in three fourths thereof,” within the 1st Amendment free speech clause, under Article 5 of the United States Constitution, ratified on June 21st, 1788. Therefore when a group of citizens organize to establish and demonstrate a majority mandate to demand, and in such case it may be necessary force change only after a majority mandate is established and verified; those individuals and groups of individuals who are active in and advocate for such change, shall not be charged with treason or sedition under the because they are within their rights to do so. Mr. Donald Trump does claim and assume authority as President, having lost the popular vote. Although he maintains that this loss of the popular vote was rigged against him, no reputable source partisan or otherwise has presented any data to corroborate Mr. Trump’s claim. Therefore although Article 2 Section 1, Clause 3 and Amendment 12 of the said Constitution prescribe a method where such electors chosen, not publicly, but by party affiliates, does conflict with the Article 4, Section 4, guaranteeing a, “Republican Form of Government”. We take Republican and republic to mean a representative form of government where representatives are chosen by majority vote of the citizens. We feel that our natural human rights and our Constitutional rights have been continually violated by the Government of the United States and those who have entered and occupied this government as officers elected selected or otherwise have failed to provide any facsimile of the ideals defined in the United States Declaration of Independence, nor the spirit, essence or stated intention of the Preamble of the Constitution and frequently violate, flaunt and ignored the constitution never meaning it to be applied to all men let alone any women from the beginning to the date of the first publication of this Declaration or ever. We avail ourselves to the protections of the United States Constitution through the time when we achieve and present a number of citizen signatures to this document exceeding 110% of the 61.2 million signatures officially received by Mr. Donald Trump or 67.4 million signatures, at which time we still demand protections of the US Constitution until the People’s Constitution of the New West is brought to public vote and ratified as the law of the land.

Therefore we the signers of this document agree and sign on to the principles, grievances and demands within this declaration.

Titles of Grievances

  1. President Donald Trump does not have a majority mandate and we the people lack any remedy, instrument method to express a no confidence vote or to recall a President who is using the presidency as a business to enrich his family, friends and himself at public expense and dangerous exceeding a point that is detrimental to the health and safety of this nation.
  2. The US government throughout it’s history, has submited to and served the self appointed elite and their business interests, the interests of a select few, rather than those elected, those selected to public office, doing their duty to represent and act in the best interests of the whole of the people.
  3. Elected officials use their incomes to invest into industries they vote to give government business to and their favorite investment is in war, which is blatantly morally reprehensible.
  4. While the notion of a government protecting a people from violent threat, from an attack by an external enemy, is well within the rights of that people; war, the manufacture and sale of technologically advanced weapons of massive lethal proportion is not the legitimate business of a civilized society, nor a legitimate government activity. Many US government and business leaders are guilty of crimes against humanity for partaking in such ventures as routine business as usual, some will be simply removed from office and others will be criminally prosecuted under the authority of the PGNW and the world court.
  5. They, the public (United States Government) and corporate officers, have not lead in a way that nurtures our way of life, increases our human quality of life while protecting natural biological reality on Earth, ie, our long term survival within the biosphere, within the limitations of the nature of planet Earth.
  6. Private ownership of the monetary system, a private monopoly over the creation of and dispensing of money, the dominant but not universal means of exchange of goods and services, is unconstitutional and a modern form of slavery, the monetary policy, the instruments of profit of capitalism itself, have brought out the worst in humanity.
  7. Article 4 Section 4 guarantees a republican form of government, which means government representatives, are elected by majority vote, through gerrymandering and other dubious means, Article 2 section 3 and the 12th Amendment electoral college provisions are in conflict with and have deprived the right of the people to a president chosen by the majority.
  8. The government operates in a fashion that routinely and purposely violates the constitution to uphold favoritism to a class of persons and families that take tribute from rather than fair generous wages for intellectually of physically contributing to the society as a whole.
  9. Antiquated predatory economic ideology whereas profit as a soul purpose of government office holders and business leaders is changing humanity from sentient beings into a cancer.

Titles of Demands

    1. We demand that Donald Trump step down or be forcefully removed from the presidency by impeachment or any applicable means of public national authority necessary.
    2. We ask that the senate and congress elect among themselves an interim temporary president to serve in that office until the national referendum is held to affirm to ratify a new constitution or deny the hand over of the government to the new authority and to the specific titles of the new constitution. This is offered to make the transition smooth, the transition to the PGNW will happen regardless.
    3. We demand that every citizen have a vote and a say toward the writing of the new constitution and it’s final or originally enacted version be ratified through public citizen vote. Citizenship and right to vote will be connected to each individual’s social security number and it is the duty of the government to provide every single citizen with the right to vote regardless of criminal conviction or any other perceived inability, conversely although voting, participating may be rewarded, no fine penalty or bias may be held against a citizen for not voting, not exercising their right to vote.
    4. We demand the new constitution contains specific articles to guarantee national citizens referendum, recall and repeal rights with national voting on issues, law and appropriations with national public polls/elections deemed important by public popularity at being held at least biannually. Although every citizen need not vote and will not be compelled to vote, every citizen has the right to vote on ever and all law and appropriation before the legislative branch of government, and local district
    5. We demand a reconsideration of and restructuring of the national debt because it was acquired and accumulated in an unconstitutional manner under false undemocratic means that do not meet the standards of a republican form of government. We will only accept debt that is directly connected to the health and sustenance of and common needs of people so the people who have suffered due to private ownership of the monetary system, of the currency, a means of exchange of goods and services. There will be put in place a system a level at which profit and profiteering through ownership of this unconstitutional national debt will not be honored.
    6. We demand a public national monetary instrument based on value of our national collective property and new money entering the economy be based on the positive value of the work to be done in the interest of and determined by the majority through a combination of representation and public will; that each citizen owns one share of the public bank and no citizen can own more than one share; yes there will be people who manage the workings of the publicly owned bank and they will receive salaries above and beyond the benefits of their single share for their skills and efforts; furthermore private people that work hard and intellegently to accumulate wealth can loan their wealth to others so private banking as will be regulated will not be against the law, private property, private ownershipt of homes and businesses will co-exist with and submit to the authority of the majority mandated government and rules.

From Democracy to Hypocrisy and Back in 500 Words or Less

Our Constitution never mentions the word democracy, it says we have a right to a republican form of government, we live under a republic not a democracy. Republic means elected officials have supreme power, no sitting president has ever been arrested for any of the crimes they instigated, they operate like a crime family. At the urging of Presidential and Vice Presidential war profiteers; on October 16, 2002 the US Senate and Congress passed the Iraq War Resolution. From February of 1991 when daddy’s Iraq war ended until March 19 2003 when Junior’s Iraqi war began, the United States conducted a war of attrition against Iraq, UN weapons inspectors couldn’t find any weapons of mass destruction, other than weapons made from chemicals the US and allies sold Saddam before Bush Sr.’s Iraq War. No Iraq connection to the 9/11 attacks was ever verified. We know they lied to us and those lies cost American lives and national debt. Yet big chunks of money remain in the pockets of criminals holding public office. From 2004 to 2006, a total of 151 Congress members invested between 78.7 million dollars to 195.5 million dollars in companies that had contracts with the Pentagon, which brought them profit of between 15.8 million dollars and 62 million dollars, according to a nonpartisan study. The Iraq war is a war of aggression against international treaties and of US law prohibiting war crimes codified:18 U.S. Code § 2441. They say money did not influence their decision making. If you go in front of a judge and claim stupidity as a defense the judge will say in effect, Ignorantia juris non excusat, ignorance of the law is no excuse. Expecting poor uneducated Americans to have better morals than themselves is not a valid republic let alone democracy. They know they are criminals so they use Article 1 sections 3 and 6, Article 2 section 4 claim immunity from prosecution for their crimes. Yet other Sections read they can be held liable and subject to indictment according to the law just like any other citizen. So it becomes obvious they are no better than common criminals and they are unwilling to police themselves. That is why We the People need to organize and demonstrate that a majority of us believe it is a crime for our so called leaders to vote for a war of their choice and profit. As much as I believe the system is criminal and needs to be changed, I also believe that our only choice is to try and work from within the system. That is why I’m collecting signatures to get on the ballot for Wisconsin’s 7th District Representative in US Congress. As the first Direct Participatory Democracy candidate I’m building a system where the every citizen of our District can vote on law and appropriation before Congress and when elected will enter the vote of the majority.

This is what is done with our money in our names:

So you don’t think 9/11 was an inside job?

Okay this seems like the same or near same video, please download or copy it if you can:

Here is the link to the video that was published on youtube by “warcrime911″ channel:, his whole channel disappeared also:  The reason given for deleting his channel is saying the owner, ” been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement”, yet I have not found a video that so clearly pointed out individuals who profited from the crime; something any real, honest criminal investigator would research.  The information in the 911 bombshell video included information about the Bush Family Project Hammer and the connection to 911 missing Pentagon trillions,  Yes there are other sources but not as short and concise as the deleted video.  Here is a similar video that I think uses the same narator and has some of the information in the censored video:

Also mentioned in the warcrime911, bombshell video is the Pentagon corruption. Just prior to 9/11,like the day before, Donald Rumsfeld was on TV stating that 2 trillion dollars was missing from the Pentagon, possible involvement in the perfect storm and justification of war profiteering that 9/11 was and is to this day. This illustrates why We the People need referendum powers to become the government, to demand action and justice takes place, we need to demand an independent investigation into the Pentagon missing money, to investigate who new what about 9/11 prior to that day and we need to investigate who called for and profited from the wars conducted in the name of 9/11.
