Legislation with Deceptive Titles
The so called, "Patriot Act" allowing the government and corporations to conduct unconstitutional surveillance of citizens and incarcerate citizens indefinitely without formal criminal charges is anything but patriotic. Since then hundreds and thousands of bills and resolutions using such tactics have been sponsored by mostly 'conservative' elected selected officials. Recently the House passedH.R. 1927, the Fairness in Class Action Litigation Act (FICALA), which is exactly opposite in text of the title, what it does is give a free pass to corporations making them unsueable, above the law. I think we should develop a list of such legislation that has passed and develop a system to flag such bill being sponsored and comming up for vote. Also I think this deception is actually a crime so we should study laws like the RICO Act to find a way to criminally prosecute people involved in such less than honorable behavior. Please feel free to add to this list and comment.

Propose Authorship and Cosponsoring of House Resolutions
This is where we will work together to write the people's legislation versus the corporate legislation. The people are far better able to write their own laws and appropriations of their money than corporate shills in office for personal gain and to uphold the corporatocracy ever could or would. With the current twisted type of republicans in the majority, the people would do better with a random yes or no vote than what they are getting from their legislators presently. We will discuss and write Bills (House Resolutions) together here.
